Designed for ready availability, use, or consumption and with little consideration given to quality or significance.” When we encounter the word “Fast food,” hamburger will certainly be the first on our list. But you should know that “Fast food” does not always necessarily stand for “Junk food.”

Kids and teenagers especially between the age of 6-17 are the main targets. It is hard to make children stop eating what they love, but they should be taught that, “One fast food hamburger may contain meat from 100 different cows.” Also even sugar -sweetened beverages like a strawberry milkshake, “Contains over 50 different chemicals including, Diacetyl.” These ingredients that make up the delicious taste of fast food is linked to many types of cancers and may cause obesity.
Some children are unaware of these details, but it is not too late to help reduce the consumption of fast food. In Thailand, 44% of the population eats fast food at least once a week, which is almost half of the population. It is a large number of number, and it will be hard to try to stop people from purchasing fast food. However, people should look for an alternative to hamburger, which is fast, easy on health, yet is much healthier than hamburger – Sushi.
